the location, although peaceful, was a tedious trek from any semblance of civilization. the 'king room' was more like a glorified living room with a fireplace, which, quite frankly, was a tripping hazard! after seeing others' breakfasts, i firmly believed i deserved not just a warm meal but also a complimentary upgrade. simply unacceptable.

The Deluxe King Room had a lovely decor and a comfortable atmosphere, making it visually appealing upon arrival. The location was in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The check-in process was a bit clumsy, requiring multiple attempts to get to the correct room due to previous occupancy. The TV situation was frustrating. access depended on personal subscriptions, leading to a lengthy wait for clarification. the room appeared only partially refreshed, with missing bedding and a loose toilet seat. Noise from adjacent guests and a weak WiFi connection further added to the discomfort.

This was just a solid selection for a walk in the evening in Inverness with value for price. The breakfast had great scones that added a nice touch to the stay. Skip the espresso cups for a real cup of tea.

Great stay with an awesome breakfast!
We had an amazing time at this place! The owner whipped up a stellar breakfast every morning, even after a trip to the ER! The massive bed was a dream, and the shower was perfect for my tall partner. Super quiet area too. Just wish the bus schedules were clearer.

The owner Iggy is simply amazing! She personally escorted us to our spacious family room, which had the largest bathroom we encountered during our trip. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with fresh items cooked right in front of us, adding real value to our stay.
Location is not walkable to Inverness.
